Believed to be made by R W Driskell.
I thought it was for a watch band, it's really for a belt, but It works on a watch too.
Simply slide it over an existing leather loop to keep it tight

It will probably work with a 16mm-19mm watch band. You can pinch it slightly open or closed utilizing the gap on the back.
The complete belt sets can sell for thousands so I'm pricing it with some collector value included.
