Good condition, comes with all 5 hanging toys and is in pretty clean condition. The only spot I noticed was a little drool stain on the pillow. May be able to be spray treated pretty easily. The only other flaw noted was that the mirror is a little scratched up.
Update to original post: I didn't know this until now but the cloud toy was recalled because the pieces can come off the ribbon and be a choking hazard. You can get rid of or send it to Skip Hop.
