This artwork would be darling hanging in the bedroom or shared bathroom of at least two sisters. It would also be a sweet gift from one sister--whether child or adult--to another. The needlepoint lovingly reads:

Though I don't know the age of this artwork, the frame appears to be newer but made to look vintage. It's painted mossy green with a darker green edge but there is paint missing here and there and the edges are additionally distressed. The finish is matte. The construction and weight of the frame suggest it's a more recent construction. It has a hanger attached to the back so that the artwork is ready to display out of the box. I'm unable to tell if the "glass" inisde the frame is actually glass or if it's perspex. The stitching on the fabric is charmingly rudimentary, as though a child did it but this was possibly an intentional design choice.
